April 21 Audioconference: Municipal Leadership for Black Male Achievement
City leaders are invited to register for a free, hour-long audioconference on strategies to promote black male achievement sponsored by the Institute for Youth, Education and Families (IYEF) with support from the Open Society Foundations.
