Conrad Supports President's Budget as First Step

Senator Conrad, chair of the Senate Budget Committee, says the President's budget is a good first step to investing in future economic growth and fiscal responsibility, but ultimately we will have to tackle entitlement spending and tax reform to chart a deficit-reduction path.
