Grant Alert: Activating Empathy--Transforming Schools to Teach What Matters

Activating Empathy is a global collaborative competition designed to find the best ideas, programs, and learning-models from around the world that encourage social and emotional development, unlock new ways of viewing problems, address bullying, promote diversity and champion children as problem solvers.

Awards of $70,000 in cash and in-kind prices will be available along with one-on-one consultation sessions. Eligible individuals include teachers, principals, parents, students, or other innovators with a project, a program or new learning experience from around the world.

The application deadline is March 30, 2012.
