Inflating Test Scores in Los Angeles?

Los Angeles public schools used to call on police officers to catch, interrogate, and fine students who were tardy or absent from school.  They are now repealing the strictness of the process and looking for new ways to enforce attendance--ways that don't involve the public police force.  Kristina Rizga reports.
