Medicaid's Impact: helping people with serious health care needs

Medicaid helps children get a healthy start in life, provides seniors and people with disabilities with long-term care, and helps those with serious health conditions.  Families USA, in partnership with the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, the American Diabetes Association and the American Lung Association, has released a new series of state reports on Medicaid's impact on millions of low-income Americans.
