Millions More Children Covered by Medicaid and CHIP

A year ago, the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) reauthorization gave states millions of new dollars to expand coverage along with financial incentives to make it easier to enroll children. A new study finds that while the recession has hit families hard, Medicaid and CHIP programs were there for their kids.
