Mentoring Initiative - Develop community programs to provide mentoring
services to high-risk populations that are underserved due to location,
shortage of mentors, special physical or mental challenges of the
targeted population, or other analogous situations that the community in
need of mentoring services identifies. Funder: U.S. Department of Justice. Eligibility: Nonprofits, for-profits, faith, community-based and tribal organizations. Deadline: Feb. 28, 2011. Amount: Multiple awards of up to $3 million each.
