New Report: Is Equity the Superior Growth Model?

"More equitable societies produce more rapid economic growth." If that's true, says the Center for American Progress, then America's growing inequality could threaten our future prosperity. Seeking a more equitable economy instead of one that rewards only wealth, could be not just a humanitarian goal, but an economic one as well.
