New Reports on Adolescents Involved with Child Welfare
“Children Involved with Child Welfare: A Transition to Adolescence” is based on a longitudinal follow-up of a group of children who were reported to child protective services during their early school years, and then followed up during their adolescent years. The report describes their cognitive, social, emotional, and adaptive functioning, as well as other aspects of their experience, at the follow-up point.
