Families USA recently released The Next 90 Days: A State Advocate’s To-Do List, which provides an overview of the private market provisions that will require action in the next 90 days, along with resources and follow-up steps to help you make a difference in your state.

The “to-do” list covers the following:

• Dependent Coverage
• Appeals Process
• Prohibition of Rescissions
• Other Protections (that will go into effect in plan years beginning after September 23)
• Follow-Up on Other Issues (consumer assistance grants, temporary pools, etc.)
