The Personal Responsibility Education Program supports projects that educate 10- to 19-year-olds, as well as pregnant and parenting youth under age 21, on abstinence and contraception for the prevention of pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections, including HIV/AIDS. Successful applicants will provide programming on at least three of six adulthood preparation subjects. Applicants from Florida, North Dakota, Texas, Virginia, Indiana, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Marshall Islands and Palau are eligible.

Sometimes those legitimately prescribed ADHD medications will share it with other students, especially around finals time; some believe it will help them concentrate, but there's no data showing it actually does.
