Remember Poverty?

If New York City's impoverished population were its own city, it would be the seventh largest in the United States. Both President Obama and Mayor Bloomberg have launched innovative programs to reduce urban poverty. But what potential do these pilot projects have to make a broad impact on the lives of the poor?
