provide permanent shade structures designed to provide ultraviolet ray
protection for outdoor public spaces frequented by children under age
18. Funder: The American Academy of Dermatology. Eligibility: Nonprofits or public schools that primarily serve children age 18 and younger. Deadline: April 22, 2011. Amount: Multiple grants of $8,000 each.
