Former Foster Youth: How Are They Faring?

Illinois foster youth who become ineligible for government-funded services as they age out of the child welfare system face steep challenges on the road to adulthood, according to Chapin Hall's "Midwest Evaluation of Adult Functioning of Former Foster Youth."
