Youth Transitioning Out of Foster Care

The American Public Human Services Association and National Governors Association are holding a briefing on Thursday, May 19, on youth aging out of foster care. A new, comprehensive study on youth aging out of foster care will be released at the briefing by the University of Chicago's Chapin Hall Center for Children.
